I had lunch there but ordered the fruit crepes. They were ok. Not my favorite. The service was great. Cute place inside. When I go next time I will order something else.
On weekends they have older hippy type people waiting on tables and they are really good and I get the vibe this is cool. Then I go in there during the week and it's like night and day. Not sure if I will return. And the music on the radio is really bad which makes me want to run out of there, I don't like being forced to listen to a bunch of cheating on you music and the heartache of it all. What is wrong with just some quite jazz.
Three stars for fast, friendly service and a decent cafe menu. There is really nothing outstanding or mind blowing at this little main street café, but as I said are friendly and the food comes fast. As I was enjoying my lunch in this tiny little open air café, looking out on Main Street a number of locals came in and sat down. It was clear they were locals as they recognized each other, greeted each other and also we’re acquainted with the people who worked at the café.. That specific trait is what led me to add my third star. I have to be honest. The food is good, but not spectacular. It is what I expected for a nice little hometown style café. The cole slaw was basic and lacked a little seasoning and the club sandwich was good but not great. Seemed a little small as well. Garlic fries were passable. .
We ordered the chicken fried steak. Biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Waffles was kid approved and looked great. Chicken friend steak was good. Hashbrowns a ten. Eggs perfect. Everything was great just wish the biscuits were a tad softer but over all good was great, coffee was a ten! And service was terrific. I’d go back.
I arrived here with my family. Was seated in a timely fashion. The fresh squeezed orange juice was awesome. I got the breakfast burrito with fried eggs inside and extra cheese. Hands down the best burrito in the world. Jose is one heck of a chef. Great waffles and pancakes as well. Highly recommend Cant wait to come back.
Heard good reviews and decided to try it for ourselves. Been back a couple times since. Staff is great, food is yummy!
Great family breakfast dinner. Unbelievably fast service. From order to serving is usually less than five minutes. Really, no joke. Food is spot on. My favorites are the chorizo scramble and the chicken fried steak and eggs. Coffee is good too.
